Experienced ship management since 1977.
DILETON Maritime manages, maintains, crews and commercially operates a fleet of 75,000–82,000 DWT bulk carriers trading worldwide.
Working with leading producers, traders, charterers and shipping operators, we provide safe, efficient and tailored ocean transportation for grain, coal, iron ore and minor bulk cargoes.

Since its foundation in 1977, DILETON Maritime has evolved with the shipping industry while maintaining the same commitment to safe, reliable and efficient vessel management.
- 1977–1993
Foundation and early fleet
DILETON is founded in 1977 and manages a diverse fleet of bulk carriers and twin-deck vessels.
- 1994–2018
Product tanker management
The company manages 30,000–50,000 DWT product tankers carrying gasoil, palm oil and other clean petroleum products.
- 2016
Return to dry bulk
Alongside its tanker activities, DILETON re-enters dry bulk through the management of Panamax bulk carriers.

The company continues its long-standing tradition with 75,000–82,000 DWT bulk carriers trading worldwide.

Hull & Machinery, Protection & Indemnity, War Risks, Kidnap & Ransom and piracy cover aligned with each vessel’s trading pattern and operational exposure.

Technical & HSQE
24/7 oversight of maintenance, repairs, spare parts, vessel performance and dry-docking, supported by planned maintenance and compliance with ISM, class, flag-state and applicable international requirements.

Environmental Management
Environmentally responsible ship management aligned with applicable IMO requirements, including ballast-water management, greenhouse-gas reduction and continuous improvement in fleet efficiency.

Crewing
Officer recruitment, ratings evaluation, training, welfare and performance, supported by a dedicated Montenegro crew pool and a certified Philippine crewing partner in line with MLC and applicable DMW requirements.

Ashore
DILETON Maritime’s shore-based team provides comprehensive ship management services, including technical supervision, marine operations, commercial management and insurance support.
Our experienced professionals work closely across all departments in accordance with company policies, procedures and applicable international regulations. The company’s Safety Management System and Planned Maintenance System support the proper maintenance of every vessel’s hull, machinery and equipment in compliance with class and statutory requirements.
Crew on Board
Our vessels are operated by experienced and fully qualified seafarers who share DILETON Maritime’s commitment to safety, professionalism and operational excellence.
All crew members hold the required certifications and comply with STCW, flag-state and other applicable international regulations. Through continuous training and long-term cooperation, we maintain high standards of safety, performance and service across our fleet.
Masters, Chief Engineers and First Officers are from Montenegro which are with DILETON since 1994.
